Ward Directory Generator

This is just a simple tool to help LDS wards easily create a compact, printable directory pdf. No data is stored by this website, it is merely chewed up and spit back out to you in pdf format.

Note: Information downloaded from the lds.org website is for Church use only and is not to be used for any commercial, business, or political purpose.

Instructions for Ward Website

  1. Log on to your ward website
  2. Click the "Membership Directory" link on the left hand side.
  3. Now click the "csv" link near the upper right corner of the directory and save it to your desktop.
  4. Now use the file browser in the form to the right to select the csv file.
  5. Fill in your ward's name in the appropriate field.
  6. Click "generate directory" and save or print the pdf

Instructions for MLS

  1. Log into MLS. You need to have export permissions (read: be an admin) for this to work.
  2. In the file menu, export to csv.
  3. You only need to check the top box (membership data) to export.
  4. Now use the file browser in the form to the right to select the csv file.
  5. Fill in your ward's name in the appropriate field.
  6. Click "generate directory" and save or print the pdf
